Purpose:

Provide coordination, scheduling, and reporting support across a cybersecurity program. Keep delivery on track across multiple workstreams, vendors, and internal teams.

Key focus areas:

- Maintain project plans, schedules, and registers (actions, risks, issues)
- Coordinate project meetings, minutes, and status updates
- Support vendor management, procurement tracking, and reporting
- Help prepare governance and steering packs
- Track budgets, resourcing, and milestones

Ideal profile:

- 3+ years’ experience in a Project Coordinator or PMO Analyst role
- Robust attention to detail, documentation, and stakeholder follow-up
- Confident working with MS Project, Excel,



or SharePoint (Jira a plus)
- Can juggle multiple priorities and work in a structured delivery environment

Nice to have:

- Exposure to cybersecurity, infrastructure, or IT programs
- Comfortable engaging with technical and non-technical teams
