Ideally looking for

- A MUST HAVE DEMONSTRABLE EXPERIENCE IN COMMERCIAL ADVISORY, CONTRACT MANAGEMENT, AND PROCUREMENT STRATEGY FOR MAJOR INFRASTRUCTURE, POWER & RENEWABLES, OR TECHNOLOGY PROJECTS.
- The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in commercial frameworks, risk allocation, transaction management, and providing strategic advice to executives and project boards.
- The role will be pivotal in driving commercial outcomes, negotiating complex contracts, resolving disputes, and ensuring value for money across large-scale capital investments.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic commercial and procurement advice across the full project lifecycle, from business case development to contract award and delivery.
- Develop and implement robust commercial frameworks, contracting strategies, and commercial risk management plans.
- Lead complex negotiations, manage transaction processes, and oversee the development of comprehensive commercial documentation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, managing relationships with executive stakeholders and facilitating informed, strategic decision-making.
- Mentor and guide internal project teams and junior consultants,



contributing to the ongoing growth and capability of the bpma advisory practice.

About you

- +10 years of demonstrable experience in commercial advisory, transaction management, or complex contract management within major infrastructure, power & renewables, or technology projects.
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
- Exceptional commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to distil complex commercial and legal issues into clear, actionable executive advice.
- A positive attitude and willingness to take on any reasonable work‑related tasks, especially when working to tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
