Position Overview

This is a dual-focus role responsible for:

Service Delivery & Operational Oversight

Business Development & Participant Growth

We’re seeking an organised Admin Coordinator to manage intake, support clinicians, and deliver excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle enquiries and intake for NDIS and aged care clients

Support onboarding, data entry, and admin workflows

Escalate and manage service-related issues or risks

Ensure adherence to NDIS Practice Standards and internal policies

Review documentation, medication logs, incident reports, and support plans

Lead incident management and implement corrective actions

Maintain audit readiness and risk mitigation protocols





Conduct performance reviews and guide career development

Set weekly referral and conversion targets

Build and maintain strategic relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, LACs, hospitals, and referral networks

Roster utilisation and attendance

Participant occupancy and satisfaction

Required:

5+ years of admin experience in NDIS services (SIL experience preferred)

Deep understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and audit frameworks

Proven team management and mentoring capabilities

Experience overseeing referral or intake growth initiatives

Experience using Shiftcare, Xero and Google workspace
