Overview

Design and implement the AI-powered capabilities across our product suite — from OzlerScribe's voice-to-documentation engine to intelligent compliance gap analysis. You'll own the AI architecture end-to-end.

What you’ll do

- Architect and deploy LLM-based pipelines for document generation, classification, and analysis
- Design retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems grounded in Australian regulatory frameworks
- Evaluate, fine-tune, and benchmark models for accuracy, latency, and cost
- Collaborate with product and compliance teams to ensure AI outputs meet regulatory standards
- Establish best practices for prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI safety

What you need

- Degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years experience building production ML/AI systems




- Deep hands‑on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open‑source models)
- Robust Python skills; experience with LangChain, vector databases, and cloud ML infrastructure
- Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders
