Ready to take your automation and control systems expertise offshore? We are seeking a highly skilled DCS Specialist (ICSS) to join a leading offshore operation in Equatorial Guinea. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing Integrated Control & Safety Systems (ICSS), PLCs, communications systems, and cybersecurity measures onboard a major energy asset.

What You'll Be Doing

- Maintaining and supporting DCS, PLC, HMI, communications, and safety systems
- Managing system integrity, backups, upgrades, and cybersecurity controls
- Troubleshooting faults and coordinating with specialist vendors
- Ensuring compliance with maintenance, safety, and operational standards
- Supporting continuous improvement and system reliability initiatives

What We’re Looking For

- Degree, HND/HNC, or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Instrumentation, or related discipline




- COMPEX Certification
- Siemens PLC S7 Certification
- Cybersecurity Certification (e.g. SIKER ICS 405 or SANS ICS 410 - ICS/SCADA Security Essentials)
- Proven experience with ICSS/DCS environments, PLCs, and offshore operations
- Strong understanding of hydrocarbon processing facilities and utilities
- Knowledge of permit-to-work systems, electrical isolation, and risk assessments
- Certifications such as COMPEX, Siemens PLC, and Industrial Cyber Security highly advantageous
