Calvary Home Care in the ACT is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high‑quality clinical care in clients’ homes. You will plan, assess and evaluate client needs with a multidisciplinary team to promote positive health outcomes in the community, based in Deakin with clients across ACT.
You will perform nursing interventions, monitor health status, maintain documentation and uphold qualified standards with AHPRA and required checks.
