Org Chart: Report to Alister (Technical Director), who then reports to Grant. Laos sits on the side, who is kind of the GM for the new Projects Delivery team now + fab.

Responsibilities: Assigning work, workflow, planning projects, budgets, dealing with client’s procedures and policy set up, help work on current employee’s career direction.

Manage the different Engineering teams.

Positives: Smaller company with the ability to grow and change quick.

Reports:



15-20 - Design and Mechanical but not projects Manager

Money: $200,000 + super + bones Last year was $10K + car??

Challenges: Dealing Alister and changing old habits.

Person: 30-40 age would be ideal. People orientated.

Growth: Growth and recent work - Same stuff. Gold.

Projects: Tennent Creek - Mine move.

Background: Process or Mechanical - Need someone that has been on the Minerals side. EPC?

Advertised: Yes - getting a lot of 60-70 year old’s and not really the experience they want.

Other roles: PM for Tennent Creek.
