Medical One is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join on an initial 3-month contract with a clear pathway to permanency. You’ll own HR operations across all clinics in Victoria, interpreting awards, managing employee relations, and advising Practice and Area Managers.

This hands-on role operates as the sole HR function, requiring autonomy, solid judgment, and excellent written communication to draft HR correspondence and resolutions.
