Oasis Building Group is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy AI Implementation Officer to help drive the practical adoption of artificial intelligence, automation and smarter systems across our growing business.

This is a hands-on role focused on turning opportunities into practical solutions. You’ll work directly with teams across estimating, sales, drafting, construction, administration and management to understand how we work, identify areas for improvement, and implement AI solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy and everyday workflows.

From building AI agents and automating repetitive processes to connecting systems and helping our team adopt new technology, you’ll play an important role in shaping how AI is integrated across Oasis.

You’ll also have exposure to Dune Building Technologies, our 3D concrete printing technology arm, providing a unique opportunity to work within a business actively embracing emerging technology and innovation in construction.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify opportunities to implement AI, automation and smarter workflows across the business.
- Develop and implement AI agents, automations and system integrations that solve practical business problems.
- Work with teams to understand existing processes and identify opportunities for greater efficiency.
- Support the rollout and adoption of new AI tools, including staff training and ongoing support.
- Monitor emerging AI technologies and continually improve existing systems and solutions.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious, technically capable and genuinely excited about finding better ways to work.

You don't necessarily need to come from the construction industry. You may have experience in AI implementation, automation, business systems, IT, software, business analysis or digital transformation. What matters most is your ability to understand a problem, explore the available technology and turn an idea into a practical solution.





Ideally you will have:

- Practical experience with AI tools, agents and workflow automation.
- Experience with automation platforms, APIs, integrations and/or low-code solutions.
- Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to understand business processes and turn ideas into practical solutions.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with people of varying technical abilities.
- A genuine interest in AI and emerging technology, with the ability to research, learn and adapt as technology evolves.
