As our brand continues to grow at an incredible pace across Australia and internationally, we’re looking for aSenior Garment Technicianto join and lead out GT team and help take our fit, quality and product execution to the next level.

Reporting into our Head of Design and working closely with Design, Product Development and Production teams, this role is critical in ensuring every product not only looks great — but fits right, performs properly and meets the high standards our customers expect.

From functional workwear and denim to fashion-led western product, you’ll play a key role in bringing ranges to life from concept through to final production.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Manage and maintain the company block library and grading standards across all categories
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of fit specifications with offshore manufacturing partners
- Conduct garment fit sessions and provide clear technical feedback to suppliers
- Collaborate closely with Design, Product Development, and Production teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Review and approve technical packs, measurements, construction details, and garment specifications
- Troubleshoot technical and construction issues to improve garment performance and quality
- Oversee sample management, fit comments, approvals, and critical path deadlines effecting QA-SMS-PP-SS stages across multiple seasonal campaigns.
- Drive continuous improvement in garment fit, construction methods, and product functionality
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, labelling, sealing, and archival processes
- Mentor and support the Garment Tech team while fostering cross-functional collaboration





What We’re Looking For

- Qualification in Garment Technology, Fashion Production, or a related discipline
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a senior garment technician or technical product development role
- Solid knowledge of garment construction, grading, fit analysis, and fabric performance
- Experience working with offshore suppliers and managing technical communication
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capability
- Strong organisational and time management skills within fast-paced seasonal deadlines
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and industry-standard technical software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
- Full Australian working rights
- Experience within country & western apparel is a bonus — but passion for the category and understanding the customer is what matters most.
