About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Health Information Services (HIS) team as a Clerk at St Vincent’s Private Hospitals NSW, North Sydney area. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate preparation, processing, and scanning of patient records into our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. You will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and accessibility of clinical information. This position requires a strong customer service focus, as you will regularly liaise with both internal stakeholders and external customers, responding to enquiries and actioning requests in line with privacy legislation and organisational policies.



You will work within a collaborative and supportive administrative team and report directly to the State Health Information Manager.

About You

You are a highly organised, process-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and are committed to maintaining accuracy in all aspects of your work. You are able to manage completing priorities effectively, ensuring deadlines are consistently met. Previous experience in medical records, HIS clerical work, or a healthcare setting (essential). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of computer literacy and confidence with digital systems.
