Responsibilities of the role will include;
- Delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing detailed descriptions of menu items and specials
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and exact food delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized work setting
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with grace and professionalism
- Payment handling
- Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays
YOUR BACKGROUND
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-end restaurants and fine dining
- Strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- A team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanour
