As a trusted partner to major insurers across Australia, we specialise in responding to water, fire, mould and storm-related damage, helping homes and businesses recover after unexpected events.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Water damage mitigation and structural drying
- Mould remediation
- Fire and smoke damage restoration
- Emergency make-safe works
- Site assessments and moisture mapping
- Operating specialised restoration equipment
- Preparing reports and documentation
- Liaising with insurers, loss adjusters and customers
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members
- Participating in after-hours and catastrophe response work when required





What We’re Looking For

- Previous restoration industry experience
- Experience in water damage restoration, fire restoration and/or mould remediation
- Strong understanding of restoration processes and equipment
- IICRC qualifications highly regarded
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Current driver’s licence
- White Card
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
