We are currently seeking experienced Deputies for the following positions of our renewed contract on:

- Attractive even time roster 7 on 7 off on DAY shift
- 4/3 NIGHT shift

Desirable Skills & Expereience:

- Solid communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Experience with promoting a positive safety culture within the mine
- Sound planning, organisation and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets
- Proven experience in a supervisory role
- Strong management and leadership capability
- Demonstrated technical & operational ability in a similar mining environment

Mandatory Requirements:

- A current Deputy certificate of competency, or mutual recognition qualification
- Practising Deputy Certificate




- Provide first aid certificate
- Minimum 12 Months Underground Experience
- Current, or willingness to obtain, Order 43 medical

In addition to the above, you will have a genuine commitment to safety and demonstrate a sound understanding of risk and hazard identification.
