Responsibilities will include: Providing an exceptional customer experience, through authentic and meaningful interactions with our customers

Demonstrating strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice

Collectively achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIS

Support other team members to ensure business goals are met

Contributing to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping

Processing and replenishing stock according to company standards

Assist in the implementation of promotional & visual merchandising initiatives

Strong experience working in a fashion retailer or a customer service environment A genuine love and understanding of our brand The ability to deliver exceptional customer service, creating a memorable experience and understanding our customer needs

You will have outstanding communication skills

Strong sales and negotiation skills A 'can do', hands on style A proven ability to integrate and become a valued team member

You are passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
