Join Our ASALC Pool Lifeguard and Swim Teacher Talent Pool – No Experience Required!

Are you passionate about health, fitness,



and community service? We’re looking to build a talent pool of enthusiastic individuals interested in future opportunities at the Alice Springs Aquatic & Leisure Centre (ASALC).

You only need a valid Police Clearance and a current Working with Children Check. No other qualifications are required—just motivation, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to working with us. When positions become available, we'll provide full training and support to help you succeed.
