We are seeking Expressions of Interest for the role of Aged Care Support Worker in Central Coast, New South Wales.

This position is ideal for individuals passionate about providing high-quality support to older people and seniors in both community and home settings.

As an Aged Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their safety and well-being while respecting their dignity and independence.

Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care and support to older individuals in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication management, and personal hygiene.
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity while promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in their condition to the appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to all safety and quality care standards,

- Respect client confidentiality and uphold skilled boundaries at all times.

Ideal Qualifications and experience

- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
- Experience supporting older people and seniors in community and home settings.
- Experience working with people living with disability and complex needs.
- Competency in using smartphones and mobile devices with internet access.
- Commitment to quality care and a safety-first approach.
- Understanding of professional boundaries, privacy, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
