Key Responsibilities:

- Machine set up
- Extruding to precise measurements & quality standard
- Operational control
- Threading & feeding
- Quality Inspection
- Cable threading
- Cable splicing
- Rectifying problems at the root cause
- Minimizing the generation of scrap
- Other duties as required

Skills & Experience Required:

- Experience in fiber optic cable making or plastic injection
- Technical Knowledge – understanding of the extrusion process




- Ability to maintain high standards & tolerances
- Strict adherence to safety protocols when working with hot machinery
- Strong work ethic, reliable & committed

Qualifications & Licences Required:

- Unlimited Australian work rights
- Driver’s licence
