Hepburn Shire Council seeks a hands-on Team Leader Aquatics to support the day-to-day operations of our seasonal outdoor pools. You will lead rostered staff, monitor safety standards and deliver welcoming experiences for residents and visitors.

This is a Seasonal Fixed Term, Part Time (0.53 FTE) role with Band 5 pay ($36.67–$42.27/hr, plus super). Essential qualifications include lifeguard, Level 2 First Aid and Pool Operators Certificate.
