Speech Pathologist | Paediatrics & Aged Care | Hybrid Role | Not For Profit
Our client, a well established not-for-profit Allied Health provider, has partnered with a leading Aged Care organisation to offer an exciting opportunity for Speech Pathologists!
Whether you're a New Graduate or an experienced clinician, you'll work across paediatrics and aged care in both clinic and community settings.
- Role based near North Lakes travelling toward the CBD
- Salaries from $80,600 - $109,500 + Super + Salary Packaging
- Full-time and Part-time options available

- Paediatrics and Aged Care clientsin both clinic and community settings
- Work Flexibility:work with the admin team to set your ideal calendar seeing clients across homes, schools, childcare centres, and the clinic.
- Varied caseload:developmental delays, neurodiversity, genetic conditions, swallowing, mealtime plans, non-verbal communication, and more
- Industry Low KPI'sof 4.1 billable hours per day
- Clinical Supervisiontailored to your ideal frequency
- Career Growth Pathwayswith the option to mentor others or lead service initiatives
- New Graduate Programincludes weekly 1:1 supervision with a Senior SP (7+ years’ experience), workshadowing when you start, a gradual caseload increase, fortnightly team case reviews, and MDT training
- Structured Onboarding:Your first two weeks, you'll go through policies, systems and haveopportunities to work shadow your colleagues.
Benefits of This Position
- Competitive Salariesfrom$80,600 - $109,500 + Super

Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers license and own vehicle
