A Glance At What You Will Do

- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
- Set tables according to event type and service standards
- Answer menu questions and communicate with the kitchen regarding timing, re‑cooks, and availability
- Relay allergy, dietary, and special requests to the kitchen
- Record transactions in the MICROS system at the time of order
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and beverage
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc.
- Perform opening and closing duties, restock items, and manage lights
- Present accurate checks and process payments
- Maintain uniform and personal appearance
- Anticipate and address guests’ service needs
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
- Support the team towards common goals
- Listen and respond appropriately to team concerns
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
