About The Role

This is a rare opportunity for a Practice Lead - Employment Support to join our team, ensuring the services delivered are effective, efficient, and consistent. By assisting with employee development, resource development and the evaluation of outcomes across the organization, you’ll drive quality employment services. The Practice Lead will stay updated with trends, innovations, and performance improvement opportunities to deliver quality employment services.

Responsibilities

- Assist with planning, coordination and establishing procedures for the delivery of Employment Supports
- Prepare documentation and resources relating to the delivery of employment supports




- Provide specialist expertise and advice to disability support workers and career coaches across the organisation
- Assist in the design and delivery of employment supports specific induction, training plans, modules and other employment supports resources
- Provide tailored onboarding and training for new disability support workers to ensure consistent service delivery

About You

You’re a mentor and strategist who empowers teams, shapes training, and ensures high-quality employment support that truly changes lives. You will have robust attention to detail, excellent time management, and great communication skills to share your knowledge and expertise.

Essential Criteria

- Criminal record check (essential or willing to obtain)
- Working with children’s check (essential or willing to obtain)
- NDIS Workers screening clearance (essential or willing to obtain)
