FORENSIC ACCOUNTANT MANAGER – BRISBANE CBD / HYBRID – LEADING FORENSIC & DISPUTES PRACTICE – VALUATIONS, LITIGATION SUPPORT & ECONOMIC LOSS EXPERTISE + CAREER PATHWAY (JOB ID 1259)

Our client is one of Australia’s most established and respected forensic accounting and advisory firms, with a strong national presence and a highly regarded Commercial Forensic division. The practice is recognised for delivering expert analysis across dispute resolution, valuation, economic loss, family law matters, and complex commercial litigation.

With a deep bench of experienced Partners and specialists, the team is trusted by legal practitioners, corporates, government bodies and high-net-worth clients on sensitive and high-stakes matters.

The Role:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of forensic accounting, valuation and economic loss engagements

- Manage matters across commercial litigation, family law disputes and expert witness assignments

- Prepare, review and present detailed expert reports for Court and legal stakeholders

- Analyse complex financial statements, business models and entity structures to identify performance drivers and risk factors

- Critically review opposing expert reports and provide clear, defensible commentary

- Lead client engagement including scoping, budgeting,



WIP management and ongoing communication

- Supervise, mentor and review work produced by senior analysts and junior team members

- Contribute to business development initiatives and strengthen external referral networks

- Support continuous improvement of methodologies, templates and internal technical standards

- Collaborate closely with Partners on high-profile and strategically significant matters

About You:

- 6+ years’ experience in forensic accounting, business valuation, consulting or complex financial analysis

- Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce or Business

- CA or CPA qualified (essential)

- Strong experience in business valuation, economic loss or litigation support highly regarded

- Advanced analytical capability with strong commercial judgement

- Exceptional report writing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical issues

- Confident in presenting findings to legal professionals and senior stakeholders

- Proven ability to manage multiple complex engagements and deadlines

- Leadership experience, including mentoring, reviewing and developing junior staff

- Proactive, commercially minded and intellectually curious approach
