The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Analyst - Financial Crime Program & Policy to join our Financial Crime Risk team. You will play a key role in strengthening and maintaining Crown's Financial Crime Framework across AML/CTF, sanctions, anti-bribery and corruption, proceeds of crime and modern slavery obligations. Partnering closely with stakeholders across Risk, Compliance and Legal, you will help ensure policies, standards and procedures remain effective, compliant and aligned to an evolving regulatory environment. This role is ideal for a financial crime, risk or compliance professional who enjoys policy development, regulatory analysis and contributing to a strong governance framework.

What You'll Do

Support the development, review and ongoing enhancement of Crown's Financial Crime Framework, including policies, standards and procedures.

Monitor changes in financial crime legislation, regulation and industry best practice, assessing potential impacts to Crown's control environment.

Partner with Financial Crime Reporting, Risk Assessment, Compliance and Legal teams to ensure financial crime obligations are effectively embedded across the business.

Conduct policy reviews,



sample testing and assurance activities to assess compliance with financial crime controls and governance requirements.

Support financial crime reviews, risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen Crown's governance framework.

Prepare high-quality policy documentation, regulatory analysis and reporting while maintaining accurate records to support compliance obligations.

What You'll Bring

Experience in financial crime, AML/CTF, compliance, risk, governance or regulatory roles within financial services, consulting, legal or other highly regulated environments.

Demonstrated experience developing, reviewing or maintaining policies, frameworks, standards or governance documentation.

Strong understanding of financial crime risk management and risk-based compliance principles.

Ability to interpret legislation, regulatory requirements and industry guidance and translate them into practical business outcomes.

Excellent written communication skills with experience preparing policies, procedures, governance papers or regulatory documentation.

Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively across multiple teams.
