We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Team Leader to join our team and help maintain high-quality landscapes across a range of commercial sites. If you have a strong background in landscaping, irrigation, and team leadership, we’d love to hear from you!
About the Role
As a Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for the daily operations of your landscape maintenance team, ensuring each site is presented to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting site inspections to assess and maintain landscape condition
- Maintaining and servicing irrigation systems
- Leading small teams across day-to-day site operations
- Training and mentoring new staff members
- Liaising with on-site building managers to address specific site requirements
- Lawn mowing, hedging, pruning, and general garden maintenance
- Planting, mulching,
and soft landscaping installations
- Identifying and addressing plant health and pest issues
- Ensuring all work meets high quality and safety standards
- Reporting to the Director with maintenance updates and improvement recommendations
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge and experience in irrigation systems
- Solid plant knowledge and practical gardening skills
- Manual driver’s license (required)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
