Healius is seeking a Customer & Commercial Manager to lead pathology collection services across Cranbourne, Berwick, Narre Warren and Pakenham, strengthening referrer relationships and driving local business performance while developing frontline teams.
Reporting to the Business Manager, you will oversee local initiatives, coach frontline staff, coordinate referrer engagement and ensure high standards, compliant operations and solid community presence across multiple sites.
