The Plant Manager is responsible for leading a team of 20+ employees, manufacturing packaging material for flour and other bulk commodities. Working closely with the adjoining Mill, you will oversee people, machinery, quality, materials and production performance.

Duties
- Lead operators and leading hands across two production lines.
- Monitor production output, machinery reliability & maintenance needs.
- Coordinate inventory, purchasing and material supply using SAP.
- Improve plant processes, reporting, productivity and waste control.
- Set clear safety, quality and operating expectations across the plant.
Skills & experience
- Supervisory or leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Practical mechanical aptitude and understanding of machinery.
- Demonstrated safety leadership and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisation, communication and attention to detail.
- Full Australian working rights.
