Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Java + GraphQL)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java Spring Boot, React/TypeScript, and GraphQL. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performing applications aligned with Transport’s architectural standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in API development, data integration, and UI engineering within modern cloud-based environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end solutions using Java Spring Boot (backend) and React/TypeScript (frontend).
- Develop and optimize GraphQL schemas, resolvers, and queries for productive data access.
- Build and maintain secure, reusable, and scalable APIs aligned with Transport’s architecture and governance standards.
- Integrate backend services with REST/GraphQL APIs and external systems.
- Implement responsive and accessible UI components with React.
- Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure robust CI/CD and code quality practices.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architectural assessments.
- Ensure applications adhere to performance, security, and compliance requirements.




- Troubleshoot issues and provide production support as needed.

Skills & Experience:

3–6 years

of full-stack development experience in enterprise-grade applications.

- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and GraphQL (schema design, resolvers, query optimization).
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and authentication frameworks (OAuth2, JWT).
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Strong understanding of software security principles, API governance, and performance tuning.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

- Exposure to Kong API Gateway or similar API management platforms.
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
