Group Executive Director – Commercial & Advisory

This is a rare opportunity to step into one of the most senior leadership roles in the Australian property sector. As Group Executive Director – Commercial & Advisory, you will have the mandate to set strategy, drive growth, and lead national teams across multiple advisory disciplines.

The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is responsible for leading the organisation’s Commercial & Advisory division and ensuring profitability, performance and growth across Australia. Key areas of responsibility include:

- Leadership of national and state directors across Commercial Valuations, ESG, Transactions, Asset & Property Advisory, Government Projects, Acquisitions and Infrastructure
- Building and expanding national client networks, securing new panel appointments, and driving diversification of income sources
- Leading from the front in business development and revenue generation, while representing the organisation at key industry events and forums
- Mentoring senior leaders and developing a culture of excellence, retention and high performance across all teams
- Embedding innovation, including the application of AI and new technologies,



to improve efficiency and client outcomes
- Reporting to CEO and Board on performance, revenue, compliance and market dynamics

About You

We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute executive who combines technical expertise with strong leadership and business development skills. You will bring:

- 10+ years’ experience in valuations and property advisory with a strong industry reputation
- Proven track record of growing revenue and securing major client mandates or panel appointments
- Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring large, multi-disciplinary teams
- Highly developed commercial acumen and understanding of market and industry drivers
- Strong boardroom presence, stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ambition to progress further, with a explicit pathway to C-Suite
