What’s the role?

As the National Lead, Corporate Partners, you’ll lead a national team responsible for supporting and growing relationships with corporate partner businesses. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive solid customer outcomes, support settlement performance, and identify opportunities for growth. This role is focused on team leadership, relationship management, strategic planning, and helping partners navigate process, policy, and technology changes. This is a permanent full-time position.

We are open to both Sydney and Melbourne candidates!

What do I need?

- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
- Experience delivering business growth through sales, customer engagement, or partner management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage escalations and customer issues effectively.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans while balancing operational priorities.
