Sublime Care supports a range of participants across the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie regions, including Wallsend, Mayfield, and Cameron Park. What this means for you is variety in who you support, where you work, and what each day looks like.

Is This You?

- A stay-at-home parent/carer, uni student, or someone with transferable skills looking for flexible work
- Comfortable with a mix of shift durations and support environments
- Note: if you are only seeking 6+ hour SIL shifts, this role is not a match

What We Expect of You

- You care about the outcomes of the people you support, not just the pay
- You give full effort each shift, communicate clearly, and show up reliably
- You are comfortable providing varied supports across wide-ranging settings and clients
- You have experience in, or are willing to learn,



bowel care, mealtime management, enteral feeding, and complex manual handling

What You Expect of Us

- Ongoing training and accessible leadership
- A genuine pathway to permanent part-time employment
- First Aid Allowance and Broken Shift Allowance
- Casual hourly rate up to $46.70 per hour (depending upon experience and qualifications) + super

Required of You

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- Driver licence (minimum Provisional) and comprehensively insured vehicle
- First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)
