Description The HSE Manager is responsible for leading and continuously improving GreenPoint Energy's Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management System across Australia. The role provides strategic and operational HSE leadership to development, construction and operational projects, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, corporate standards and industry best practice.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

- 5–10 years' experience in Health, Safety and Workplace, preferably within renewable energy, construction, utilities or infrastructure.
- Diploma or tertiary qualification in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent).
- Sound knowledge of Australian WHS legislation, environmental obligations and industry best practice.
- Experience supporting both construction and operational environments.
- Strong understanding of contractor management, risk assessment, incident investigation and auditing processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Current Australian Driver License and willingness to travel interstate to project sites as required.
