- Should have worked in Higher Education Institutions / Universities in the areas of Student experience, Learning, Teaching, Digital Teaching, Student administration and understands higher education operation and business models
- Should have worked in implementations or support of systems such as Student System implementations in one or more of below systems (not limited to)
- Ellucian Banner
- Tribal group systems / Callista
- Technology One
- Blackboard , Canvas
- Research Management Enterprise
- Experience in Learning Design and Development experience is a plus
- Understanding of Higher education Data / Architecture
- Worked and presented to senior management on solutions / designs / proposals.
Qualifications –
- Masters or Bachelors degree
- Work experience in HE in Australia
- Excellent communications skills
