• Join a well-established, physician-led organization on Florida’s Space Coast
- Inpatient role covering two nearby hospital campuses (~20 minutes apart)
- “Round-and-go” model – leave once rounds, admissions, and documentation are complete
- Monday–Friday day schedule with one weekend per month
- Strong support with dedicated intensivist team and APP night coverage
- No outpatient duties and no procedures required
- Experienced Hospitalists preferred (no new grads)
Clinical Responsibilities
• Manage average daily census of 20–30 patients
- General Med/Surg inpatient care
- Optional ICU rounding (not required)
- Coordinate care, admissions, discharges, and follow-up management
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary starting at $300,000+ (negotiable based on experience)
