About the Opportunity

Our business is continuing to experience high levels of growth. With this brings the ever increasing requirement to ensure our People & Culture team scale in a way that ensures quality levels of support are provided to our business units. An enabler of this will be the implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to assist managing the end to end recruitment function.

We are looking for a HR Specialist to take the lead throughout the project implementation and then through to roll out.

What does success look like?

In your first week

- Gain a basic understanding of current processes and documentation used across the recruitment function
- Identify key stakeholder and ensure they understand what is required from them in relation to project milestones (HR,IS,Marketing)
- Ensure yourself and the project team are setup in the recent ATS. Manage basic navigation within the ATS and begin considering configuration options

In your first month

- Gather requirements, document and advisor senior leaders on preposed HR system processes




- Build an in depth understanding of system configuration options and ensure knowledge share amongst wider team
- Begin to describe and document what a final solution will look like

In your first six months

- Manage the organisation wide roll out across of the new ATS and relevant business processes
- Maintain an advanced understanding of product configurations and new product capabilities
- Drive business outputs through reporting and ensure the solution as a whole stays align to our business strategy

What will help you succeed?

- Demonstrated knowledge and management of HR Information Systems to provide insight and ensure data reliability
- Ability to bring HR insight to bear on all people related issues (recruitment, capabilities, leadership and culture)
- A proven track record of project & change management
- Ability to work in an agile and iterative manner
- Attention to detail and methodical testing of system configuration
