What You’ll Be Doing
- Safely operate tipper trucks and transport materials to, from and around worksites
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure safe operation
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of allocated truck, plant, and equipment,
ensuring vehicles are kept clean inside and out at all times.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and site duties as required
- Work closely with supervisors and site crews to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely
- Follow all workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Truck Driver, ideally in construction, excavation, or earthmoving
- Current HR (Heavy Rigid) truck licence is required for this position
- Must have white card (construction induction card)
- Machine operating experience or tickets highly regarded
- Solid commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or within a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Construction industry tickets/licences an advantage (e.g. , machinery tickets, high-risk licences)
