Econ Financial Services is a growing financial planning practice, based in the Sydney CBD, offering personalised, quality financial advice to our clients.
We are currently recruiting a full time, on-site, Client Service Officer, to work as part of an excellent team. This role is ideal for anyone who seeks career development, is driven and enjoys a client focused dynamic role.
The role:
- Administrative support through all areas of the financial advice process
- Work closely with our clients to ensure the advice process is clear and efficient
- Maintenance of client records within client folders and via our CRM - Hubspot
- Implementation of advice including preparation and tracking of tasks
- Lodgement and follow up of both new applications and maintenance with third party providers
- Assisting clients with their queries via phone and email.
- Willingness to take on new tasks and support the wider Econ Group to deliver excellent customer service
- Provide support for marketing and events for internal stakeholders and Econ partners
About you:
- 2 years experience in a financial planning client service or financial adviser support role
- Experience in using BT Panorama and Macquarie Wrap is preferred
- Working knowledge of superannuation and investment implementation processes is required
- Demonstrated computer literacy
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with both clients and professionals
- Motivated and enthusiastic employee who shows initiative
- Work effectively in a team environment
- Comfortable managing priorities in an environment with competing demands and deadlines
- Enjoy participating in training and development
- Australian permanent resident status is required for this position
- Diploma or higher qualification in business or finance is required
