About the role:

As a result of our continued success and expansion we have an opportunity available for motivated New Home Sales Consultant in the North (Donnybrook)!

As a New Home Independent Sales Consultant, you will be motivated and driven to build a successful Sales career.Additionally, you will be required to be available to work on the weekends.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

Generating leads by engaging clients within the display homes

Understanding and assess clients’ needs and providing solutions

Managing high volume display visitors, following up leads and achieving high sales targets

Provide clients with a first-class experience, exceeding customer service expectations





Developing and maintaining a network of industry partners, such as land developers

Overseeing the display home is kept maintained to the highest of standards

To be considered, you should possess:

Company Contractor requirements, such as; ABN, public liability insurance and also workers compensation if you have any employees

Driven and highly motivated

Hold a current driver's license and have reliable transport

Proven history and understanding of the volume residential building industry is preferred but not essential

Exceptional industry networking and customer service skills

Self-motivated, "can do attitude" and desire to succeed within your own business

Professional approach and a positive can do attitude

Intermediate to advance computer skills

Ability to meet customer satisfaction levels and exceed expectations

New Homes Experience is highly desirable
