With a proud Australian manufacturing base, Climate Active carbon-neutral certification, and growing export markets in the USA, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager to help drive our growth strategy.

Your Impact

As Senior Product Manager, you’ll own the success of our core product portfolio and new product pipeline. You will:

- Shape and deliver the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring strong market fit and alignment with growth targets
- Lead go-to-market launches, coordinating pricing, systems integration, collateral and campaigns
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from continuous improvement to rationalisation and discontinuation
- Drive market intelligence and pricing strategy, analysing competitors and reporting on performance
- Act as the hub of product knowledge, training and equipping teams and distributor partners




- Ensure all products meet sustainability commitments and compliance standards in Australia and the USA

About You

- 8+ years’ experience in product management, ideally in durable goods, manufacturing or related industries
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial design, engineering, business or similar
- Professional qualifications or experience in industrial design highly regarded
- Proven success in cross-functional product launches and lifecycle management
- Commercially astute with strong analytical and pricing expertise
- Skilled in systems thinking and efficiency (e.g. BOM management, production optimisation)
- A confident communicator and trainer, comfortable presenting to internal teams and external partners
- Passionate about innovation, sustainability and design excellence

How Success Will Be Measured

- Evidence of strong product-market fit through customer feedback, adoption and sales growth
- On-time, in-full and within-budget delivery of product launches
- Effective lifecycle management with a rationalised portfolio, reduced part complexity and timely discontinuations
- Accurate and timely pricing updates and competitor analysis
- High-quality, up-to-date collateral and documentation
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and effective team training
