Job Summary
Winslow is looking for a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our projects located in the Moreton Bay area. These full-time positions offer above-award hourly rates, site allowances, and benefits such as RDO accruals and annual leave.

Responsibilities
- Lead site teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of civil construction works, from planning through to completion.
- Provide hands‑on leadership to achieve key targets across safety, quality, budget, productivity, and plant utilisation.
- Prepare and maintain short‑term construction programmes (2 weeks ahead) to keep projects on track.
- Monitor and report on KPI performance, driving continuous improvement across the site.
- Manage labour, plant resources, and subcontractors to ensure efficient operations.
- Complete daily site administration tasks accurately and on time.

- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role within civil construction.
- Proven experience across utilities,
civil works, traffic management, temporary works, and TMR projects.
- Ability to provide references to support your experience.
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people‑management skills.
- Solid time‑management and organisational skills.
- White Card and valid driver’s licence (mandatory).
- Relevant qualifications in civil construction or project management (advantageous).
- Various plant machinery tickets (advantageous).
