We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to join our team in Bundoora, Australia. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's most valuable asset – our employees. - Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Manage and maintain employee records using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Support the onboarding process for new hires and conduct new employee orientations
- Administer employee benefits programs and answer employee inquiries
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Collaborate with management on performance management processes and employee relations issues
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees
- Ensure compliance with Australian employment laws and regulations




- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR roles
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
- Experience in employee relations and performance management
- Familiarity with training and development programs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
