Drive Personnel is currently expanding within the mining, resourcing, construction, and civil construction sectors across Western Australia.

Due to rapid expansion and growing demands, we are offering the successful, well-presented, motivated, and committed applicant a Human Resources traineeship in our West Perth Office.

Throughout the 12-month traineeship you will receive training with a high level of support, be paid at award rate and learn on the job.

Duties

- Front reception and general duties (answering and making calls, scheduling appointments, record-keeping, filing, collecting and sending mail, etc.)
- Making bookings such as medicals and courses
- Data entry
- Performing recruitment tasks
- Working Monday to Friday

Minimum requirements:
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport




- A 12-month commitment to completing the traineeship
- Australian citizen or a permanent resident
- Ability to obtain and provide a national police clearance
- High level of organisational skills, attention to detail, reliable and willing to learn
- Intermediate MS skills, including Word and Excel processing
- Excellent communication skills – written and oral

Desirable:
- Data entry experience
- Payroll experience
- Previous experience in labour hire or administrative workplace
