The Role:

- Manage a diverse portfolio of business services and taxation clients

- Prepare and review financial statements, income tax returns, BAS and other compliance obligations

- Assist clients with tax planning, business structuring and general commercial advice

- Work closely with Managers and Partners on advisory and consulting engagements

- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact

- Identify opportunities to improve client processes,



performance and business outcomes

- Assist with workflow management and support junior team members where required

- Gain exposure to a broad range of industries, entity structures and technical tax matters

- Contribute to the delivery of high-quality client service and ongoing practice growth

About You:

- 3–5 years' experience within an Australian public practice accounting firm

- Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline

- CA or CPA qualified, or nearing completion

- Strong technical knowledge of Australian taxation and accounting standards

- Experience preparing financial statements and tax returns across various entity types

- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills

- Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines

- Professional, proactive and committed to ongoing career development
