The Role:

- Prepare financial statements, tax returns and compliance work for individuals, companies, trusts and business clients

- Assist with BAS, GST, FBT, payroll tax and broader tax compliance obligations

- Support tax planning, structuring and advisory projects for SME and growth-focused clients

- Work closely with Senior Accountants, Managers and Partners on diverse client engagements

- Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication and responsive service

- Utilise leading cloud systems including Xero, MYOB and integrated advisory technologies

- Assist with business improvement, cash flow, reporting and strategic advisory initiatives

- Develop your technical and commercial skills through structured mentoring and funded study support

About You:

- 2+ years’ Australian public practice accounting experience

- Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce or related discipline





- CA/CPA commenced or intending to commence

- Solid experience across tax compliance, financial statements and business services

- Exposure to Xero, MYOB or cloud accounting systems

- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills

- Eager to grow beyond compliance into advisory and client-facing work

- Proactive, tech-savvy and motivated to build a long-term professional career
