The Role:

- Prepare financial statements and income tax returns for a diverse portfolio of SME, family business and regional clients

- Assist with tax planning strategies and broader business advisory initiatives

- Support senior staff with research, compliance and advisory projects

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through practical business support

- Work with cloud-based accounting platforms and modern business technologies

- Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-focused team culture

- Develop technical capability across tax, compliance and advisory services

About You:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related discipline

- CA or CPA qualified,



or actively progressing toward completion

- Minimum 3 years’ Australian public practice accounting experience

- Strong technical accounting and tax capability

- Experience with Xero, MYOB or similar cloud-based accounting platforms

- Excellent communication and client relationship skills

- Proactive, team-oriented and career-focused mindset
