Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow an assigned customer portfolio through structured outbound sales activity
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and product penetration across accounts




- Build rapport and trust with clients through consistent follow-up and proactive engagement
- Handle inbound enquiries and provide timely, accurate information and support
- Collaborate with marketing to prepare proposals, quotes, and promotional materials
- Maintain accurate customer data and call records in the CRM
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform sales strategies

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience in telesales or customer-facing sales roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
- High computer literacy and CRM experience
