As the Inventory Coordinator - Genuine Parts and Accessories division, you will:

Load and maintain shipping data from vendors

Liaise with Freight forwarders and Customs agencies as required

Communicate and work with the warehouse team to prepare for inbound goods

Process internal stock transfers

Track, evaluate, and report inventory levels

Liaise with order entry and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations regarding receipting and dispatch

Communicate ETA to Sales and Operational teams

Requirements

To be successful in the role, it is essential that you have:

Proven Parts & Accessories inventory management experience

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Robust attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal skills

Knowledge of genuine parts and accessories will be an advantage
