The IT Administrator will provide first-level technical support to our team, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
They will be responsible for resolving technical issues via phone, email, and in-person support. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems, documenting incidents, and escalating complex issues to senior members of the IT team as appropriate.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in IT administration, system support, or network management.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux environments, networking protocols, and cloud services.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
