Role Overview

STORE MANAGER – BURWOOD

Location: Burwood, NSW, Australia. Full‑time on‑site position with weekend, late night, and public holiday availability. The Store Manager will lead sales, team performance, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and achieve key performance indicators, including revenue, wages and stock loss targets.
- Lead, coach and develop the team; develop succession plans and training.
- Plan and execute store promotions, visual merchandising and store layout.
- Maintain a protected, compliant work environment and roster staff to match trading profile.
- Implement policies and procedures, ensuring staff adherence.

Skills and Experience

- Previous management experience, preferably in retail.




- Strong customer service orientation, able to create memorable experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales and KPI targets.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Team player who is energetic, hands‑on and vibrant.
- Experience in coaching, developing and motivating retail staff.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and busy trading periods.
