A well-established St George agency is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their team. This is a quality role with real support structures in place and a team around you to help you do the job well.
The Role
180 properties. Monday to Friday. Leasing, admin and accounts all supported separately. A property officer assists with inspections.
What You Will Be Doing
Managing all aspects of your portfolio including landlord and tenant communication, maintenance coordination, rent reviews, lease renewals and compliance. Working alongside a property officer who assists with inspections, and supported by a dedicated leasing, admin and accounts team so you can focus on portfolio performance and client relationships.
About You
You are an experienced Senior Property Manager with a strong residential PM background. Confident, organised and skilled at managing a quality portfolio and building long-term client relationships. You take pride in your work and are looking for a role where the team and structure genuinely support you. NSW Real Estate Licence held.
